What we check, and how to tell us when something does not work.

Last updated 2026-10-09

This page is a draft

It describes how Dallas Hoop Scene works, and it has not yet been reviewed by a lawyer. If something here matters to a decision you are making, email tyler@dallashoopscene.com and ask.

Tell us and we will fix it

If any part of this site does not work for you, email tyler@dallashoopscene.com and say what you were trying to do. A person reads it. Tell us what you are using, if you know, and we will come back to you.

If something is in your way right now and you need the footage or the booking, say that too and we will do it for you over email rather than make you wait for a fix.

What we aim at

We build against WCAG 2.1 Level AA. We do not claim the whole site conforms, because we have not had every page independently audited and saying otherwise would not be true.

What we have actually measured

On 9 October 2026 the homepage was checked against WCAG 2.1 AA and had no failures: a page language, one top-level heading, no skipped heading levels, a skip link, proper page landmarks, a text alternative on every image, a name on every control, a label on every form field, and no color contrast failure across the text on the page.

The crew portal was measured separately at 320 pixels wide: nothing scrolls sideways and every control is at least 44 pixels tall.

That is what was measured. Pages beyond those have not been audited yet.

Known gaps

Game footage does not currently carry captions. If you need a captioned copy of a tape you have bought, email tyler@dallashoopscene.com and we will sort something out.

No overlay widget

We do not use an accessibility overlay or toolbar. They tend to claim more than they deliver, and we would rather fix the page.
