Film of a game, cut the way the package you picked describes. We film the game, edit it, and send you a link. What each package includes is on the booking page at the price you paid.

It is yours to watch, keep, post, and send to coaches and recruiters. That is what it is for. Please credit Dallas Hoop Scene when you post it publicly.

What you may not do is resell it, or licence it to somebody else as if it were yours.

We post clips to our own Instagram and YouTube and use footage to show what we do. If you are the player, or the parent of one, and you want that stopped, email tyler@dallashoopscene.com and we will take it down from everything we control.

Payment is by card through Square, before the game. Refunds, cancellations and what happens if a game is not filmed are on the refunds page, which is part of these terms.

We film where the school, the event or the organiser has allowed it. If a venue stops us filming a game you booked, that game is not filmed and you are refunded for it.

We cannot promise a particular play is on camera, that a game runs, that a player is there, or that a recruiter watches. We film the game in front of us and cut it properly.

Email tyler@dallashoopscene.com first. Most things are a mistake we will fix. If it cannot be sorted that way, Texas law applies and it is handled in Dallas County, Texas.

Filmers work with Dallas Hoop Scene as independent contractors. What they are paid, when and for what is set out in the crew portal, not here.

If these change, the date at the top changes. The version you agreed to when you bought is the one that applies to that purchase.
